Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at info@beansperformanceuk.co.uk with your order details.
Returning an item
Once you've told us you want to cancel, you have 14 days to return the item. It should be:
- Unused and in the condition you received it
- In its original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For delivered items, you're responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. For items collected in person, returns can be brought back to our Shipley premises during opening hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm).
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos where you can. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.
Services and bookings
Once fitting or tuning work has started, it can no longer be cancelled under the 14-day right above. See our Terms & Conditions for our booking cancellation and deposit policy.
