BMW E36 M52B28 MS41.1 PNP Standalone ECU - (Full Kit Repaired)
Same as our standard units, but has had repairs on the wideband jumper pads, still works as intended and shouldn't cause any problems. Includes CORE4, wideband controller, BMW Connector and standard 100psi map sensor. PNP Standalone ECU for the E36 M52B28 Single Vanos (non TU), utilising the tried and tested DIY-EFI Core4 module as the heart of this ECU. This unit completely replaces the stock ecu and retains all original functionality and more importantly, adds loads more! Optional built in LSU 4.9 wideband controller and connector Optional built in map sensor Optional IGBT drivers for dumb coils 5V and 12V cam/crank sensors (HALL only) Multiple OEM loom pins routed to ECU pins for additional functionality to save on wiring (VSS, Boost_Sol, Fan_out, Spare_IN1) Optional bluetooth connectivity 14 additional external I/O pins for launch, flex fuel, external wbo etc. Tuning and configuration is performed via TunerStudio which is completely free and very user friendly. The Core4 ECU supports Speeduino firmware, which is open source and has a huge community backing. Installation Notes The stock M52 cam sensor is not supported, an earlier M50 hall type cam sensor is the community recommended go-to solution. The board only supports wasted spark/batch injection via 3ign/3inj drivers. Although we have found a supplier of the stock ecu connectors, they're not the cheapest. The stock BMW ECU connector can be removed from oem ecus and auto gearbox tcus of similar years and soldered in. The unit is pre assembled with jumper resistors fitted to run smart coils, coil on plug etc. Remove the R7, R9, R10 jumper resistors before soldering the Q6, Q4, Q11 IGBT drivers, NEVER have them both fitted! Damage to your parts, sensors, controllers and other electrical devices can and will happen if appropriate care isn't taken. Please ensure before that you plug it in, that the ecu is properly configured, has the right parts soldered and the correct jumpers fitted to support your existing setup. If you fail to setup and install this device correctly, there is nothing built in to stop bad things from happening. If you're not entirely comfortable with DIY solutions and would prefer us to do the installation, setup and configuration, then we can offer this as an additional service at our site or remotely.

BMW E36 M52 Turbo Manifold
Tubular style stainless steel tig welded manifold, built to fit the E36 RHD chassis, custom made for any turbo and optional extras that you need. A non standard turbo choice will need to be provided to us so that we can ensure fitment and positioning is correct for your build.
