About us
These terms apply to purchases of parts and equipment, and bookings of tuning and fitting services, from BEANS Performance UK, Commercial Mills, Wharf St, Shipley, Bradford, West Yorkshire. Contact us by email at info@beansperformanceuk.co.uk.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and descriptions are accurate, but if we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatching to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price.
Delivery and collection
Items marked for delivery are dispatched via courier once payment is confirmed. Items marked for collection are available from our Shipley premises during opening hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm) — we'll email you when your order is ready.
Bookings and deposits
Some services require a deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, but are otherwise refundable on request. The remaining balance is due on completion of the work.
Vehicle compatibility
Compatibility information shown on product pages is provided as a guide. It's your responsibility to confirm a part is suitable for your specific vehicle before fitting — contact us if you're unsure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
